At NAELORÉ, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and want you to feel confident with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original packaging is included
• The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or returned to the sender.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Earrings
• Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please submit a request through our Returns Request Page:

• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

All return requests are reviewed prior to approval.
If approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• NAELORÉ is not responsible for items lost in transit
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
• Original payment processing fees are non-refundable

Refunds are issued after inspection, not upon receipt.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, items may be returned for a refund, and a new order may be placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit a request through the Returns Request Page within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
